Delivery and Shipping

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 4-14 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 4-20 business days
● Japan: 6-14 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain,
including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

Where will my order ship from?
We produce part of our products ourselves and ship them from Germany. Furthermore we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How much are the shipping fees?
Since we're shipping different products from different locations, shipping fees may vary, depending on the country you're ordering from as well as on the number and sorts of products you're buying. Shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout but feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have any questions!

Make sure to contact us before returning any products!

Please note that a lot of products are printed on demand only after receiving your order. Therefore it is vital for us to avoid returns because of buyers remorse, so we added size and measurement charts for your information. Especially with clothing, please take notice of those charts to avoid ordering the wrong size! Thank you. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you  notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us via email.

Depending if you received your shipment from RoXino or from Printful, the return process will be accordingly:

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility resp. to RoXino. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility resp. RoXino isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

Returned by Customer -
Products from RoXino: If you regret your purchase, you can return the product by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the product. You will have to pay for the shipping costs back to us and we will refund you after receiving the shipment of the undamaged goods.
Products printed on demand via Printful: Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact Printful's Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Als Kleinunternehmer im Sinne von §19 Abs. 1 Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG) wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet.
